DPG School of Technology and Management (DPG STM) is a new entity of DPG Group of Institutions, established in September 2021 to impart education in the field of Management and Computers. Presently it is conducting MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA & APGDCA courses and affiliated to MD University, Rohtak. DPG is a well-established group in the field of education since 2004 having strong and foresighted Management and located in the heart of Gurugram.

Paradigms can no longer be taught; they need to be shaped. Businesses will range from global to hyperlocal. Cultural ethos shall continue to define societies. Standard curricular approaches, models and structures struggle to arm students with the skills they need at the workplace. What can be “taught” in a classroom is already available online, usually free. Recruiters increasingly look for a combo of minds that can deal with unfamiliar landscapes, strategize in a VUCA world, and passion that can galvanize teams and execute in the face of surprises and disappointments.

The thrust of business education is shifting from expansion of the business world to growth of leadership and towards a system where the future managers are trained to be team players rather than individuals seeking the fulfilment of their own goals. Management education is at the cusp of a major shift. Technology, geopolitics and rapid innovation conspire to craft the futures of today’s students very differently from that of generations before them. Young at 1st year of its inception, DPG STM is uniquely poised to take on these challenges.

The institute is founded to provide high quality education with focus on academic excellence and skill enhancement of young aspiring managers and technocrats. It offers holistic development to its students with focuses on imparting knowledge and understanding to help students to work in a global environment which would give them an opportunity to lead in a borderless global society.
